I can attest to that, I have had problems with my knees over the years and I thought it was from miles of running and biking. I joined a Tae Kwon Do club and for the first month my knees were giving me a lot of problems. After that they settled down and now I don't have any knee pain whatsoever. I always kind of suspected that the cartilage or tendons must have gotten stronger but before reading this article all the info out there always suggested the opposite.
