When should I take ENCHARGE?

QUESTION:
Dr, Burke, In your response to the FireFit competitor in paragraph (2) you recommend 3 pills before and 3 pills after training. However your recommendations on the product itself ( Encharge) indicates 3 caps in the am & 3 caps in the afternoon. On training days take one serving 30-60 prior to workout? Should both servings be taken before and immeadiately after workout? Or am-pm split?

ANSWER:
Hi there and thank you for the message. You should take 3 capsules of ENCHARGE about 30-60 minutes before training and then 3 more capsules immediately after exercise. On non-training days take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the afternoon. I hope this helps explain it a bit better. Train hard and keep me posted on your progress.
