What supplements should I take for energy and strength?

Good day. I am training for the firefighter challenge and am looking for energy and strength, you have alot of products that almost seem to do the same thing, is it necessary to take all thesee products every time I work out and compete or can you give me a recommended list and schedule, Thank you.
