Muscle Math – 1 Pound of Muscle Growth Per Week
So you’re ready to get bigger, faster and stronger.
There is an easy equation to help you help your body.
If you are at the gym pumping iron on a daily basis you should use the muscle equation to see bigger better results.
If you want a larger mass of muscle gained per week follow this muscle mass formula.
1 glass of milk + 2 eggs + 3 slices of bread = 1lb raw muscle/week
That is 400 extra calories and 14 grams of protein.
If you choose to add 1, 2 and 3 to your current diet daily that is enough nutrients to support 1 pound of muscle growth per week.
Now remember- you need to consume a healthy diet with enough calories so you’re not burning more calories at the gym than you’re eating or this muscle math won’t work and you’ll be losing weight. You need to consume enough then ADD 1,2 and 3 to your daily diet, go to the gym, and get BIGGER.
If your current weight is stable with your workout regimen then your consuming enough and you can add 1 + 2 + 3 and see results.
